@lele54 the under skirt is a thicker stretchy fabric and definitely has a give to it. The lace is also pretty stretchy but stiffer than the under lining.

@katiejcicc thank you so much for the heads up! I'm actually still waiting on a response to one of my questions. Still wondering what the percentage of spandex is. I'm a 39 inch hip and usually need a 19 inch flat lay. This one is only an 18in. Just wondering if it could accommodate a 39in hip.
