caroledl Questions: elastic waist band? Waist measurement? Is it gathered tightly or just flares? Fabric content? Thank you very much❣️

rzielinski34 @caroledl sorry. The waist measured 17.5” and the length measures 14.5”. It is an elastic waist band. It’s from Forever 21, and is size L (but honestly fits more of an XL). The Shell material and the inside lining are both 100% polyester. The outer layer is see through, but the inner layer is like black satin like so you cant actually see through the skirt.

rzielinski34 @caroledl the fit is definymore of an A-lone and flows fit, so there is some gathering at the waist band for it to flare out.
