littlegypsie @joanna101425 Hi again, I just checked each size- and 27" is correct for both Small and Medium- measuring Shoulder to Hem lying flat. The Large is closer to 28".

littlegypsie @angelleah316 Hi! The Large is right there/but not much give. So It would really depend upon how much cleavage you would want to show. Pit to Pit for the Large is 18", and it will stretch to 19.5".
