thebackforty @paperflowers24 hi! I need some help with an embarrassing situation. I sold an item to someone and when she got it, she discovered some issues. She contacted me on the item listing. I need to refund her or do an exchange or something. What route do I take to fix this situation?

maggiejowers Hey thank you for coming down on your price!! My payment isn’t going through because I’ve spent so much on here in the last 12 hours that my bank thinks my card has been stolen. I will fix the problem ASAP hopefully in a few hours and send your payment if thats ok. I hope I don’t have to wait until Monday. Small bank in town but I’m sure I can call a 1-800 number shortly and let them know it’s ME!! So sorry for any inconvenience!!

thebackforty @maggiejowers hi! Seems like several servers and platforms are going nuts this past week. Hopefully everything will go through ok. Previously if there is a payment issue, the item still shows as available for sell. If that happens, I can’t reverse it. Fingers crossed it works out before that happens.
