boopboutique@octobermoon1234 you know, I grabbed the vest the vest the day before yesterday and then could not find the measuring tape. My kids must have been helping me sometime recently and hadn’t put it back. I did keep it out so that when I return…I can bring another one until the other appears. I do not think that the dress is made of cotton alone. Is that what you are looking for? 109% cotton or one that has at least has some?
