How much stretch would you consider thus skirt to have?

@heathernicolex It has a pretty good amount of stretch. Best reference I could probably use is skinny jeans, which usually have 2 to 4% spandex. This has 4% so it's pretty stretchy and form fitting. The only thing that doesn't stretch is the lace trim at the bottom.
