This dress is adorable for the spring and summer time! VERY SLIGHT high to low back/front (about an inch). Material is 97% cotton and 3% spandex. Bell sleeves brand new with tag.
Small: Armpit to longest part of dress is 30 inches. Chest width is about 12.5 inches
Medium: Armpit to longest part of dress is 32 inches. Chest width is about 12.5 inches.

Sorry for confusion !!! The one with the girl in it Is the one I’d get or the one on the hanger they look like two totally different colors both blue and white but one dark blue !! I’d get lite blue or dark blue !!!
