lilith48 @ejfrank05 I was hoping for the black but I’m closer to 15” on the waist. 😏 I’d rather have it a little bigger than take a chance that it’s too small. I’m totally bummed. It was the last piece of an outfit I’ve been trying to find the right skirt for!! Thank you so much for helping & taking time out of your day to measure.
