Cream or off white colored vintage skirt by Fashion Bar Petite. Nice style with pockets and wide belt loops. Material has very little stretch. This is a vintage size 4. Skirt is not lined and sits at natural waist. Waist 24”, hips 32”, Length 27 1/2” from top of waistband to bottom.
