What are your measurements? Mori Lee sizes 0/2 with a 23inch waist....would that be the waist size of this dress??

@marmoobaker Hi! Here are the measurements lying flat: armpit to armpit is 15.5” (but cups are molded), smallest part of the waist (where the band meets the skirt) is 12.5” and length is 42.5”. I hope that helps!
