worshipbarb So sorry! Didn't mean to rush you! Just excited! I own nothing in blue. Mg closet is a sea of black and red! Thank you so much! Does it have any stretch to it? I was hoping for 23" across. It's 9:30 where I am, so I'm going to pull out some of my sweaters tomorrow and see if I have anything that tight and how it fits. I assume it stretches because most sweaters do!
