Not even 2 weeks ago I decided to make this post not really expecting much luck, but thanks to @emnmlove @kraymond_5 @darla_94, 2 random Alphalete restocks, & one lucky Merc purchase I now have these coming in gray, pink, & CRUSHED VIOLET!! The color I have been dreaming about! I’m keeping this post active for a place to discuss Alphalete’s next launch of 5 new colors coming early May (hopefully). @shiloh_britt You better make sure you save all your info under your email! That’s what I did so checkout is a breeze! These go extremely fast due to high demand. I did see on their insta that they ordered 5x the normal stock count because the last release went in 2 minutes! It was crazy! Just set alarms, have your info saved, and get in and get out quick! That’s how I’ve managed to get mine! I’ve bought 2 pairs off posh but thankfully I got them for under retail.

Hey thanks @shiloh_britt! @gsouerwine i find it depends on how you like your leggings[: i personally found the smalls were more compressive in the legs (sort of left marks in the skin), waistband was nice, was definitely sheer for the marled shale.

The mediums were better fitting in the legs, not sheer whatsoever, but the waistband was way too loose for my liking and there was extra fabric around the hip flexors/crotch and the length was too long for my shortness. I don’t workout in my leggings so I prefer small after trying both smalls and mediums in the V2s

@gsouerwine I would go with a medium! I’m a 4 in lulu and my smalls fit me perfectly! I saw they run pretty true to size as I’m always a small. That being said on the lighter colors I size up to a medium to make sure they are completely squat proof!

@gsouerwine Also they are going to be releasing 5 new colors in May! They said probably early May! They retail for 52 dollars so don’t let anyone convince you to overpay! Catch them for a good price or save for the next launch! Be quick though. These sell fast on site! You just have to get in and get out fast tbh!

@gsouerwine Follow their insta! They send teasers! It’s the fastest way to get info relating to the launch! They usually do launches at 10 central time so you’ll have to figure out when that is for your time zone and set an alarm. That’s what I did with the last launch and I got everything I wanted!

@darla_94 I agree with this statement! I originally bought mediums as I’m a true small and my body didn’t know what to do with the extra fabric. They fit but it wasn’t my absolute favorite. Then I got a pair in size small and oh my god they were perfect for me. I feel like if you know your body and your measurements you will probably fit what you expect to fit. Like I like mediums in the light colors because then with the extra fabric they are 100% squat proof. Maybe that’s just me though 😂

I think the pink will fit just fine too even though they are small but I do think they’re going to end up being sheer. Might have to sell those. Oh well. That makes me feel better to hear that though. Maybe they will work after all. What would you say the difference is between the smalls and mediums? A big difference or not much?

@shiloh_britt honestly the smalls are a little smaller than the mediums. But overall the only real change for me is the waist fits better (a little tighter), there isn’t extra crotch fabric, and the length is a little shorter. Other than they they still have a lot of stretch and I know if someone had a little bigger of a booty than me could still fit it!

I do have some extra fabric in the crotch, the waistband could be a little tighter, and they are definitely too long on me. But I’m short, every pair of leggings is long on me usually, so it sounds like the small would be perfect for me. We shall see. Maybe I can wear both sizes. Bonus!

@shiloh_britt I love that I can filter between the two lol! And I feel you on the being short thing! I’m 5’0 feet tall. I need less room for the legs because I’m naturally smaller in stature. But that’s alright I like that I can fit mediums for the lighter colors so I can guarantee leg day approval. Lol I love building the booty too! I just also have been a huge fan of building my back and shoulders recently too. Creates more of an hourglass shape! 😂

I feel like I never want to take them off. They just shape me so nicely and thin me out and then define my leg muscles.... what more could I ask? Honestly.

@megarooabens there’s a new launch coming in May. The date is expected to be May 12th last I heard. There are supposed to be 5 new colors to the revivals. If you look at Christian Guzman’s IG story of has a sneak peak of a two of the colors. Mint and nude. Hoping the other three colors are better!

@darcymay26 hey! First of all, you definitely need a pair of revivals. They are the bees knees and the cats meow! They are a medium thickness with lots of stretch though! In my experience they have been very sweat proof. The material itself wouldn’t necessarily be considering sweat wicking I don’t think but it’s safe to say you won’t see it.

@darcymay26 yes there’s a pair of gray revivals in a size small on merc (the other selling app) for $56 which is basically retail and that is very uncommon! Most people are upcharging because they are always sold out! I would snag those immediately if I were you!

@saanmill Well it seems a lot of previous Alphalete owners are unsatisfied with the new releases because of the changes that were made. The gusset went from oval to triangle which to some can cause more cameltoe, sizing seems to be all over the place. Tbh I'm glad I didn't get anything for me this time. I did buy one thing, one sleeveless hoodie for my bf in black & they sent me gray. So that was a little disappointing, one item, one job & they didn't do it right lol

@darla_94 @emnmlove I bought three of the four colors 🙄.. I’m kinda not happy about it either the only problem is the gusset creating cameltoe. The green does fit a little tighter. But ya since they made the gusset change they sit lower on the waist which makes it tighter bc I can’t pull them to the small part of my waist. I keep looking for someone to review them and talk about it by seems like no one has discussed this change.

@saanmill Agreed! I can make them work it’s just fidgeting the fabric around to put more where it needs to be and less in other areas. I get minimal camel in them but the gusset does make it feel super tight down there. I can still bring mine to my belly button, but any higher and I’d having a pretty decent camel.

Ladies. I’ve read all of these comments and you all are too kind to each other. I ordered one of the newer pairs in the green/jade and bc of the new triangle inseam can not make them work :( i want so badly to find a size small in the old style. Any color! As long as in good condition I will pay double their cost! If anyone has any advice on how to find them either on here or another app! I’d greatly appreciate it.

@shanny1212 so can I be honest with you? Wait for the next launch (expected June 10th) they’re saying they’re going back to the old style I believe. With new colors too! So maybe hold out a little while longer and see if you can get the older style in the new launch without getting screwed over on price! If that doesn’t work we can definitely, easily find you an older style pair!

I have “Alphalete leggings” as one of my saved searches on there so any time a new pair is listed I am notified. I would suggest the same for you. You know how fast they sell! New launch with new colors expected to launch June 10th, just an FYI.

I have a feeling though their new release in June is not going to be the old style, The only reason I think that is I work in production to and there's no way you can switch up items that quickly, I don't work in clothing production so maybe I'm wrong but something seems a little suspicious...

I heard rumors that the new colors ARE actually going back to the original design but who my sources could be wrong too. I guess it’s a waiting game! I will definitely keep an eye out for you though. XS is not as popular if a size because they run a little smaller so hopefully you’ll have some luck!

My best form of advice to get your hands on the older colors is through Mercarii, you can save and alphalete leggings search and any time a new listing is added you will be notified. That way you’re the first to know about the new listings and have first dibs! I was able to get my pink pair that way. All the rest I bought off the website. Also, follow Alphalete on Instagram so you know about all the new releases and restocks.

@fitnessmom5908 yeah the sonic blue sold out super quick. That’s pretty typical with alphalete. So now you have to wait to find a pair on here which will be double the cost I’m sure, or wait for them to restock and make youre on the website the second they drop or you’ll likely miss it again.

I know HopeScope said they had the leggings but no matching crop or bra. But yes girl.... it’s pretty gross to buy something just because you know it will sell out and you can make a profit. Sad.
