lindsaystiers17Hi Jessica. When can I expect my items to ship? I purchased the frozen storage cubes from you.

Sep 11Reply

thejessicajames@lindsaystiers17 hi! Thanks so much for your order! They’ll ship out Monday morning - they’re at my warehouse facility and I did not have a chance to get there this morning - my daughter had cheer practice, uniform fitting, and Girl Scouts 😅

Sep 11Reply

lindsaystiers17@thejessicajames thank you for getting back to me! I will look for the tracking 😊

Sep 13Reply

lindsaystiers17@thejessicajames I never saw updated tracking yesterday, just checking you shipped my item! Thank you!

Sep 14Reply

thejessicajames@lindsaystiers17 hi! I’m so sorry, I just saw your message! It did ship out yesterday, tracking is taking a bit to update. I have my scan receipt from the post office so it definitely got dropped off, if tracking isn’t updated by mid-morning, I’ll reach out to Posh to get in contact with the post office. That usually gets it tracking. I included an new in box Elsa Barbie doll, I hope that’s ok!

Sep 14Reply

lindsaystiers17@thejessicajames no worries, I know the post office is slow sometimes updating. Thank you so much for the doll too. I am working on remodeling my daughters room this week to a frozen theme. She’s going to love it!
