Wonderful vintage disco hippie era halter dress in navy with creme trim. It is a maxi gown with sailor styled collar. It is full cut and classically styled. Hepburn wore a similar one in an old movie and looked stunning. This looks incredible on and is lined. Tagged Miss Elliette but has no size tag; I'd venture to guess about a 5/7. chest 35, empire waist 27, hips to 42 due to A-line wide skirt, length 59.
