Cotton dries so fast 😊 Measurements laying flat Medium Armpit to armpit 17.5" Waist 15" Shoulder to hem 42" Large Armpit to armpit 18.5" Waist 16" Shoulder to hem 44" The dress has good stretch to it as well, hope this helps! 💕
