katbmoore @eshmonique it’s under the balance icon. Where you go to redeem if you have a balance (top right hand side there’s a green $ sign). Click that and when you click on redeemable you should be able to change there. Hope that helps 😊

katbmoore @eshmonique you won’t be able to redeem until the customer gets the item and checks it in. Once they do that it will show under redeemable

katbmoore @eshmonique no problem at all. You will get an email notification when it’s been accepted in by your buyer and is redeemable. Hope this helps😊

katbmoore @eshmonique if you sold an item, check your email. There will be a shipping label to print and mail your item. Poshmark will keep the customer’s $ in your account but it will show as pending. When the customer receives the item they are supposed to accept it in. If they do not accept it in within 3 days after it’s delivered, they will automatically release it to you.
