skyejewelryco@eshmonique it’s under the balance icon. Where you go to redeem if you have a balance (top right hand side there’s a green $ sign). Click that and when you click on redeemable you should be able to change there. Hope that helps 😊

skyejewelryco@eshmonique if you sold an item, check your email. There will be a shipping label to print and mail your item. Poshmark will keep the customer’s $ in your account but it will show as pending. When the customer receives the item they are supposed to accept it in. If they do not accept it in within 3 days after it’s delivered, they will automatically release it to you.
