what are the measurements on size 12 and 14? does it stretch?

@ramos6 hi! The lay flat measurements on the 12 are Bust 20.5" and waist 17" the 14 is bust 21.5" and waist 18.5". The waist does stretch, there is elastic in the waistline. But the rest of the Fabric does not stretch. Let me know if you have anymore questions! π
