Circa 70s/80s. Royal blue semi-sheer blouse with pleats down front, ruffled high neck and cuffs. Missing top most (neck) button. No stretch. Bust- 19" flat. Waist- slightly under 19" flat. Length- 22". Shoulder to cuff- 24". No material tag. Size tag says 8.
