Hi Val. I don't know anyone on PM, but I'm curious to know how things go here. It seems like offers always come in 1/2 of the listing price. Is this a custom here? If so, I guess I need to inflate the listing instead of list at market value (to buffer for the negotiation that seems to be the way here: offer/counter, etc. I'm not used to this style of selling. Please advise!

it's important the label for return is going to a NJ address, and not a NY as if it goes to my apartment in the city I will be unable to accept the return . I have just changed my default return address to NJ but am unsure if that will apply for the label if its already been distributed-I will also contact Posh Support. thanks.
