@savannahpolson Hey Savannah :) This style does not come with a chain and wallet however it could easily be attatched. The D rings at the top would be a good place to clip it to, then the wallet could sit in either the back zipped area or the larger compartment under the magnetic flap.

What is the smallest wait size this adjusts to? And is it leather or vegan?

@shimmers21 hey there! Its leather and the strap itself goes down to 25.5". Including the bag it is 35" total length. When u measure, account for the fact that the bag slings around your waist (ie the bag side sits lower on your hip/upper thigh like in the photo) The best measurement to go by is your low waist over your hip bones, where the bag would sit. :)
