This adorable Birthday Girl Tutu Set will make any little girl feel extra special on her big day. Shirts are made by me. I can also add on a name and age if you would like. I can make in other sizes as well. The shirt is is 4/5 the tutu will fit waist size 4-8 it has 2 double layers and is nice and fluffy. The bottom layer is about 15 inches long the top layer is about 10 inches long.
