The sleeves are slightly flared for a flirty and flattering fit. This piece is a size Large and can be worn anywhere from the beach to dinner. This special item is in excellent condition with no flaws and the fabric has a slight stretch to it.

I don’t have a way to measure it at this time, however. It is a very flattering piece due to the cut & the material. 😘 let me know if you have any other questions.
