Beautiful pleated maxi dress from Victoria Secret. V neck and has adjustable straps, racerback. Chiffon “belt” is not attached and will be included. the picture in full sun makes the dress look brighter than it is, close up pictures are accurate. Its not a royal blue but more navy. For reference I’m 5’3
