alighani @angeladiaz83 In order to send back the shoes and trade them for new size you will need to pay for shipping to send it and for me to send them back to you. My suggestion would be to send a prepaid shipping label back with the shoes. Poshmark has a no return policy and once an item is shipped and received as described the sale is final. However I'm willing to trade sizes as long as the shoe has not been worn and the shipping is covered by buyer.
