@msv76 Yes, the sizing is based upon the inches around the fullest part of the body, from side to side. So you'll need to know the inches across your body to determine the size you would wear. If the chest area is the fullest part, then you would measure from armpit to armpit and then match that measurement # to the sizing chart.
