jlyneck @mdmelano121hello. I'm sorry it took so long. Just got home from work. I would say that there is really no stretch in the bust area. The small dress arm pit to arm pit measurement is approx 19 inches and the medium dress is appox 20 inches arm pit to arm pit. Let me know if you have any other questions.
