@jogilvie It is! Losing my mind over it. Qe are battling with the guy who inspected our house. He claims the foundation is fine. But it clearly had been sinking for a long time. We just got this house in October last year. Its gonna cost about $50k total to fix it and repair the damage it has done. Like what even? Lol

@jogilvie We had 3 more inspections to the foundation just to be sure too. And to get estimates to fix it. Its an old house. 1880. But its 3,500 square feet. Its crazy. 😫

@magen83 holy moly! That's crazy! I'm so terrified of buying a house because of stuff like that. One of my friends has a pending contract on a house and then found out through that neighborhood's Facebook group that the house is known as "the mold house!" Apparently the basement had been flooding for years, and it wasn't disclosed. So scary what people try to cover up.

@jogilvie Yes! They should have to pay to clean and fix it even though she's under contract. She can pull out of it if she wants to. Thats a major health issue, and not something people can take lightly. If the neighbors can give a statement saying they knew about the flooding, then that should be enough proof that the owners knew about it.

@jogilvie Whats worse is our inspector qas through the VA.. a military inspector. And they bormally so strict. But he didnt check the heating systems either. All 3 of our heating/ac units did not work and we had no heat for 2 months while it was getting fixed. But now we know why we got such an insane deal on the house and land. Lol figures.

@ladystarli Hi love. Thank you. Yes, I do offer custom pieces. Usually with previous repeat customers. I have a lot of bad experiences with people not following through with purchasing their pieces, leaving me in the hole for the cost of the supplies. Which is one of the reasons I have dropped the prices below cost, because items are not selling for what they need to and so on. So I have to sell what I have, take the loss so i can afford to deal with the lack of heat in our house. Drama lol

@ladystarli I would need to see the clothes you want jewelry for. If you have a certain look, like color and style that would be helpful as well. If you see a piece that is already made in my closet that look similar to what you ste looking for that will give me an idea on where to start.
