@mdoughty2018 Hello, that's a great question actually! The ankle strap strap has a rounded edge, it's not sharp. The only time mine have been uncomfortable was when I buckled then too tightly, and the buckle poked at my ankle. Overall they are very comfortable in my opinion. No blisters ever in my experience 😊 hope this helps you!
