Also I am confused on how these brand new never been worn or even tried on booties have marks on them. I actually take photos of all my orders and I did take a photo of your order as well and these booties were in perfect condition before I packaged and ship them out to you. I would like to see these photos of yours, as I will show you mines.

skystealthl @jeliseboutique i do wear a 9 but they fit small. I did try them on in my room which has carpet so i did not walk on them. I am ok with paying shipping again.

jeliseboutique @skystealthl The next size up are a size 10, there aren't any half sizes available after 8.5. If you put in your dispute with Poshmark then you will not have to pay for shipping. They'll provide you with a shipping label to resend the purchase order back .

jeliseboutique @skystealthl You don't send them to me, you will have to open a case with Poshmark. Once you do that they will require the photos and then I'll be able to see them through the open case review. To do this go back to your purchase order tab.

jeliseboutique @skystealthl I would prefer to do this exchange through the Poshmark system. It would of been no problem to do had you just needed to do an exchange and shoe size, I'm very fair and really want to see all my customers happy. Being there are allegedly marks on them, I would need to see these photos first. To see exactly the condition are of these booties. I hope you understand, this is the best way to go about it.
