Woven midi/maxi dress featuring a self tie wrap design, surplice neckline, ruffle trim, short sleeves, and a sweeping tulip hem. Polyester chiffon. Purchased on Forever 21’s site. However this dress is an independent brand (etophe studios). Worn Once. Received so many compliments on this beautiful dress! Very hard to find in stores or online. Dress is size small. Due to wrap design, it would fit sizes 0-2 best. Color is a mustard or marigold yellow.
