Pale blue retro beauty! This is a button down blouse (buttons are hidden in front) with a unique asymmetrical embroidered high collar. Features lightly padded shoulders for an enhanced draped look. Inherited this from my mother's closet, so I would guess this dates to the late 70s or early 80s. EUC, with exception of barely noticeable small brown stain on one of the shoulders.

Are the shoulder pads removable? Like if I cut them out would it look weird?

@photogal537 they are sewn in, but I think this would look fine if they were cut out, too! I will post another picture of the pads (interior of the shirt)
