@dsbranti it’s BRAND new with tags. It needs to be steamed from hanging in my closet - other than that no flaws at all. I would defer to the Lilly website for sizing info - it’s probably the most accurate. The dress is flowy overall. Back has elastic rouching to help keep it in place, as well as adjustable straps.
