@millimoo13 Hi, i don't know. From what i can tell its the bust area to review when looking at measurements. I'm plus size, so I can't really tell you. I'm just going by what my sister told me. The size chart measurements are posted feel free to look at for measurements. The biggest size that I have is a large.
