littlegypsie @brickey495 Yes, it does- It's on the smaller end of the US Standard Size chart for Women- I'd say, Between Junior's and Women's. That's the only reason that I posted the measurements in my description. I don't do that for everything.

I wish it weren't that way, negotiating, makes it hard on us smaller closets because the bigger ones sell so much at full price they can really cut prices on their older stock to clear it out. Sometimes my stuff gets sold for less than I paid for it. That's not worth my time
