Love this high waisted skirt! It’s light&airy, you will feel like a swing dancer! it’s a wonderful staple to any closet. Judging by the tag&buttons, it’s circa 60s. The back has an elastic waist band to adjust to different body types. The black buttons have a beautiful, unique design. They go from the top to the bottom of the skirt. Skirt is slightly pleated. Gorgeous choice for an evening out. Waist is 24, but the elastic waist band gives a comfortable fit for up to a 27 in waist. Length 19 in
