cmbillick1981 this one is an unknown metal underneath of a 18kt gold electroplated coating on top of it... and the symbol after the letters "GE" looks to be a swan inside a circle which means it has Swarovski stones on the band. So it's an 18kt gold Electroplated ring band with Swarovski gemstones :)
