Vintage 1960s floral dress

This dress is SO glorious, I bought it at an estate sale even tho it is nowhere near my size! No tag but I’d be shocked if it’s not silk. Hourglass shape w pleats & gathers at bust to enhance curves! Darling bows on the wide straps also pleated. Straps are fraying, but I solved this with another dress, they put a piece of sturdy fabric under tacked it down $10. Needs new hook &eye L38” waist 15” bust 18”
