I read your comments this morning, and I just wanted to clarify that I stand by my original statement that the bag is, indeed, new with tags. I would never say something is “never been used” if, in fact, it had been. I am very sorry you feel that I have misled you, and, as far as the perfume smell, the only thing I can think of, is that while packing the bag, my perfume rubbed off onto the bag.
