sweetsassyjilly @lnp916 lol!!! I’m following the Tone It Up nutrition plan (5 smaller meals a day to keep your metabolism going, lots of protein/veggies). I hike 5 miles about 4 times a week and do the Tone It Up workouts (in their app) 4-5 times a week! 💕
