@kaylapink13 What size are you? This skirt is amazing and if you are a small, it will probably fit. If you really love it, I can give you measurements. Specifically, it's only the waist that needs to fit as it is a flare skirt.......it has a self tie at the waistband that allows you to snug the fit. Let me know if you want measurements, and yes I will negotiate you.
