littlegypsie @cierrapim hi!, I'm going to say yes. I have the small on my mannequin/dress form- which is a woman's XS-S and it is a bit tight. So, the Juniors size is accurate. I'm out of town today, but I'll be back on Thursday- I can measure it for you if you need.
