cmjla@nguerra1078 I think it’s perfect for a 4 maybe even 6 or 2. If I remember correctly it’s approximately 13” across lying flat unstretched but stretches about 3” easily

mrsngsinclair@cmjla I looked up Spell’s size chart and sadly I don’t think it will fit. It looks like that’s a size 4. I don’t know my exact waist measurement, but I generally like to wear my maxi skirts lower on my hip so unless this is very adjustable I don’t know if it will work.
