crystierenee @mayaatias hi!! I received my purchase and it's gorgeous!! I did stay with my size like we talked about even though I thought it looked to run big....its soo big on me I won't be able to wear it. Is there anything that can be done at all to get a medium?

And I'm not even sure if measurements would have worked the way this top is made, you know? But I do appreciate it more than you know. crystierenee @mayaatias and I just go in and put that I didn't get item as described? I hate to put it like that. Is there a sizing option? I'm sorry this is the second item I've ever bought on posh. And then I'm not quite sure how exactly to get the medium... Without the payment option coming up unless Posh will explain that to me?

crystierenee @mayaatias I have no clue what to do. As I said I'm new. So when the package got here I did press accept order. So it said the funds will be released to you and it cannot be reversed. That is okay, just exchanging sizes. And then it asks for a description and pictures. I'm not quite sure what to do. Can you help? What exactly have you done if this has been encountered before? Like I said I don't want the money back, I just want to a size I can wear

crystierenee @mayaatias so even though I pressed accept item, it's okay? I emailed them just to ask for their suggestion as to what to do. So I just wait on the shipping label and get the item back to you as soon as possible? I imagine I will receive an email. I'm so sorry to be a pain I was so super excited to receive this. crystierenee @mayaatias hi. So I did speak with Posh support. Not very happy with their response. I'm having a hard time grasping how they can say that you are not allowed to exchange an item from your own Boutique. I do understand that we go through Posh for different security reasons or what not. But I'm not trying to get a refund. Just a simple Exchange. And you are okay with it, that's what gets me the most....

crystierenee @mayaatias and I do also understand the sizing rules. But I feel like it's the actual style of the top that made it super super unexpectedly oversized. Not just a normal oversized top. Which you did state. I just want to exchange for a size that I can enjoy and wear... and you are open to help make that happen. So I'm really confused at this point and not sure what to do from here.
