I tell everyone to list that somewhere in your closet. I’ve had that happened to a cousin and friend of mine. They just approve the return and Posh send them a return label to send the item back I guess. But I think you still keep the money and the item. But Posh reimbursements the money after you’ve reviewed the item I guess. So complicated.😌🙆🏻‍♀️
