hannahearley23Hi Kelly, you purchased the Freebird boots I had for sale. I mailed them on November 1st, but the item still hasn’t delivered. All it says on the tracking is that the item is arriving late. Have you gotten any information on your end? Thank you so much. Hannah

Nov 15Reply

kelsavas@hannahearley23 Hi. I have not received them yet. It says still in transit. Not sure what to do next..? I can contact support to see.

Nov 15Reply

hannahearley23@kelsavas I’ve contacted support a few different times but I’ve never gotten a response. Maybe you can try to see if you can get in touch with someone?

Nov 16Reply

hannahearley23@kelsavas have you gotten in touch with anyone about the boots?

Nov 23Reply

kelsavas@hannahearley23 Yes, you should have gotten the funds deposited back.
