sundayinlove @grlstarr834 you share your item to the party. When you click on your listing there is a symbol in the top right corner that looks like two arrows forming a square. You click that button and it brings up all the options for you to click on to share your item. Usually to your followers (it will show up in their feed) or on social media, etc. During party times there is also the option to share to the party. So you click the share button and then share to the party :)

sundayinlove @grlstarr834 and as far as contacting poshmark, under your account tab there is an option “poshmark support” or something like that. If you click that, it brings up more options like FAQs etc, but also the option for you to contact posh support. If you click that it allows you to email them

mimyntdesigns @aerinmichelle7 I definitely need a lot of help and mentor for sure. I’m getting a little discouraged on here. I started Poshmark since June. For the last few months. I made some sells. But I had to reduced my price down to where I barely make any profit. The problem is, If don’t lower the price, I don’t make any sell. I watched a couple videos on YouTube. Some lady gives tips and advice of how to sell on Poshmark.

markmeposh Do you know if there is a way to telephone a human when the emailed customer support is lacking? Replies to detailed help requests are sometimes canned (very understandable given the volume PM support must see), but the folks at customer care will drop email threads after I reply, leaving my issue unresolved.

markmeposh I feel helpless when this happens. In this instance I haven't been able to get help withdrawing my earning via either direct deposit or check request. This particular scenario feels akin to trying to withdraw money from a bank account, but you're not sure if anyone actually works at the bank, or if it's just some outsourced AI bots keeping your $ in internet purgatory.

I've emailed poshmark numerous times about this issue and have NOT gotten a response & it's been a week NOW! I've made OVER 300$ worth of purchases in 3 days, and I was overcharged $155.96! I was double & triple charged for 4 different items!! I REALLY NEED THIS issue resolved!! My account was even overdrafted bc of THIS! As a SINGLE MOTHER, I CANNOT afford THIS! Can ANYONE HELP ME?

And this is the dress that she picked out for me. LOL ha ha Ha. She has down syndrome and we take video professional fashionista modeling shots with her and me in it together!!! LOL. wrenski02 I’ve been posting since 2017. I started off as a way to downsize my closet I eventually focused all my effort into Poshmark. I now have well over 54,000 followers and sold over 16,000 dollars worth of items. I must point out that this was all down through Poshmark without using any other social media. I don’t have Facebook, or Instagram, etc.... So I guess it’s true word-of-mouth is the best type of advertising

mimyntdesigns @uniqlimperfect I see that you have shared 2084 items. I think you’re doing fine. I didn’t get much help Poshmark when I first started. But I did googled search and found the information from there. For example, if you want to set up direct deposit, or whatever, just type in the search bar and it will pull up the instructions. I’m learning, but let me know if there is anything I can help. 😀
