The tags are illegible: flat measurements: 14.5" bust, 12" waist, 19" hips, 51" from shoulder to hemline. 20" back zipper for easy entry. The material is soft, has just a touch of shimmer. It's either an electric turquoise or a robins egg blue floral, additional colors are royal blue, magenta, green, and black. This dress a showstopper, especially with the right jewelry!
