Let’s say the dress cost more there’s no way for me to get the extra or if it’s less then there’s no way for me to refund to the difference. So I can only exchange the same item

mariaberry19 @wineitup24 I have learned this from one of my customer. She had made a mistake on the size. Instead of here clicked on medium she clicked on large and didn’t realize until she receive the item. She just pay to return the item and she made another purchase where I was able to give her free shipping and as soon as I receive the item from her she she placed the order and I put the exchange with the new purchase. This is up to you to decide.

I had to do it on many of my outfits because I’m small in the chest area and also the waist. Again that’s just another idea. I am very sorry. I wish you didn’t have to go though the stress.
