halonausa @lillie828 Hi there! I don’t have the exact measurements, but the bag part is probably about 12x12 and the strap is the perfect length for your shoulder! We just posted a smaller square one, as well. Hope this helps a little!

halonausa @h1ghmaintenance I’m sorry you’re unhappy with the purchase and for any miscommunication. “Faithful Straw Bag” is what we named it, we were not advertising it as “Faithful the Brand.” It is 100% brand new and has never been used.
