Rosie the warehouse manager will contact USPS In the AM? On the mean time I can send you a replacement of an item of your choice. Please let us know

nobeez @beautifulus hello. I checked with my post office person yesterday and she said a shipping label was created but there is no possible way the package entered the USPS system because all packages are scanned to be able to enter the system. The error must be internal on your end and the item was never shipped so please check your warehouse for my size 7 sandals. Otherwise I will try size 6.5 and hope they fit but I prefer the correct size.

nobeez @beautifulus I asked you to send a size 6.5 and shown in these messages but you did not respond. Sending a replacement was your idea. How about you read the messages again. PM sent me an email today too saying you don’t respond to their messages. And BTW, I’ve been in PM for years.
